Traffic Citation Recovery Program
As a government official we understand that all of your time can not be dedicated towards collecting debts owed. We have designed a program that will service what you want and tailor it to what you need.
Evaluate the debt:
- How much is owed
- How old is the debt
- Current Revocation Status
Assist the Parish:
- Information on citations that would be helpful
- Give suggestions on how to better collect the debt internally
Data Transfer:
- How to get pertinent information to the agency, so that the collection process can begin.
Payments:
- Payments can go to the Agency
- Payments can go to the court only
- Payments can to to the agency and the court
Cost:
- There is not cost to the city; the Agency shoulders the responsibility from letters, communication, and investigation costs.
- The agency will receive a percentage of money associated with the debt.
NOTE: When considering our rate take into consideration, that before the agency involvement your County or Parish received 100% of 0, but now we are creating a revenue stream that was not present before.
Office: We are located in Louisiana, however we can collect Municipal debt anywhere in the country with our network of private investigators and strategically placed satellite offices.
Advantage: In some cases the Sheriffs Department is normally responsible for the collection of traffic citations, and general case studies show that they have neither the time nor the manpower to adequately and aggressively pursue these types of collections. The Collection Agency has the time, manpower, and tracking mechanisms in place to secure payment, thus an immediate increase in revenue for the Parish or County. Some Counties or Parishes have not instituted controls to collect wanted dollars beyond state or local notifications and they are losing millions of dollars in revenue.
Note: Collection Agency involvement historically nets and additional 20% -30% in revenue.
